When I try to join, it says I get an error "email@gmail.com doesn’t have an account on this workspace.", where email is my actual email. How do I get access to Slack?

I have re-applied through the Google Form and was granted access.
how long does it take for access grant?
Took me about a day
For me it took less than 3 hours, not sure if there is any SLO though.
Where is the form link?
https://xoogler.co/ - big blue button "Ex-Googlers and Googlers Join Here!", I don't want to hardcode the link to the form in case it changes.
