SUPPORT YOUR XOOGLER COMMUNITY
Have you enjoyed Xoogler events or benefited from the community since our founding in 2015? We have not charged any membership fees and are supported by the generosity ❤️ of this community. Please consider donating to Xoogler which is now under a non-profit foundation to enable US taxpayers to receive a tax deduction before Dec 31, 2024. Here is the link to donate.
RECONNECTING YOU WITH MORE XOOGLERS
📈 With our community growing to over 30,000 members we need a better way to connect Xooglers with each other e.g. Slack messages expire and there isn’t a membership directory for you to understand who is in the community.
You can sign up for early access for our new community platform here, we welcome your feedback and how it can be more useful to you 🙏.
In addition, as you consider your plans for 2025, I’d like to offer this opportunity for you to volunteer for Xoogler to reconnect with more Xoogler members and grow professionally. Since our founding we’ve witnessed the incredible power of our community. From landing dream jobs to launching successful startups, from finding mentors to becoming investors – the impact has been remarkable.
There’s been growing requests to create focused interest groups within our community. Many of you have stepped up to organize local meetups, lead functional groups, and drive impact-focused initiatives. It's time to take this energy to the next level! 🚀 We're looking for and helping passionate leaders to build and run dedicated interest groups around three key areas:
Geographic Chapters - Perfect for those who want to strengthen local Xoogler networks or are recent transplants. Thank you to longstanding leaders like Stef Lau in NY, Hadas Shahak Ben-Horin in Seattle, Alex Ausch in Toronto, Anthony Hernandez in Miami, Till Dietrich in Hamburg and Sal Mohammed in London.
Professional Tracks - Ideal for those who want to deepen functional expertise (e.g. AI, Engineering Communities, PM Networks, Marketing Collectives, Sales Networks, Design Groups, Operations Teams, etc.). Thank you to Max Greenwald for your leadership with the APM community, Navneet Singh and Kushagra Shrivastava for organizing the TGI-AI series and Yiğit Ihlamur and Kazuki Notsu for organizing the masterclasses, mentoring, TGIF and Tokyo meetups.
Special Interest Groups - Great for those passionate about specific causes or interests, such as climate, education innovation, Web3, healthcare technology, family life, career transitions, FIRE, digital nomad, Y Combinator applications and more. Thank you Nathaniel Dumas, Veronique Lafargue, Mark Grozen-Smith and Ankit Jain for your leadership in the Education, Climate and YC Application groups.

RECHARGE AND REBUILD DURING THE HOLIDAYS
Consider updating your resume during the down time. You can check out these tips from Applied Intuition’s Eitan Sheer
And here’s something to reflect on from Google’s former GCAS President, Kirk Perry. Consider your job’s bigger purpose is about the human beings you get to interact with at work than the things you do at work. How can you help lift each other up and help each other achieve their personal ambitions and dreams.

Amazing! One suggestion on the donation front - there should be clear instructions for anyone wanting to use a DAF to make the donation. P.s. every xoogler should have a DAF!
