Thank you Stefanie Lau for planning Xoogler’s 10th year anniversary camping weekend. We reviewed the impact the community has made and growth to over 35,000 members and discussed the values and operating principles for the organization as we enter our second decade. Angela Wong, Ankit Jain, Christopher Fong, Howard Tung, Kazuki Notsu, Kushagra Shrivastava, Lei Xu, MinhHa Pham, Sal Mohammed, Stefanie Lau, Terry O'Connor and Yigit Ihlamur were able to join in-person. We also received input from Adam Sah, Angelica Handover, Anthony Hernandez, Brain Rabben, Catherine Lacavera, Hadas Shahak Ben Horin, Julien Condamines, Kevin Yen, Mark Grozen-Smith, Nathaniel Dumas, Sandeep Jain, Veronique Lafargue, Vibhu Mittal and others ahead of time.

Engineering lead to help connect Xooglers
Kushagra and Chris are seeking an exceptional Engineering Lead in Palo Alto to oversee the development of the community platform. You'll be responsible for architecting and implementing a high-performance, scalable application that handles real-time communication, event management, community spaces, polls, newsletters, AI agents and integration with third-party services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building real-time systems that can handle high volumes of concurrent users without performance degradation.
